Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will give you complete authority over your email box accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can create a brand new e-mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Besides, you can forward email messages from one email account to another, create mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your email mailboxes against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email accounts against spam messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for sorting your incoming e-mails on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and set the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Just select the email box you want to redirect email messages from, then specify the target email mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your preference to access your e-mail box accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
